Breastfeeding Basics Class
Feeding With Confidence
Preparing to breastfeed? This Breastfeeding Basics class is best taken during pregnancy.
Latch, supply, pumping, positioning, the “is this normal?” questions — we make breastfeeding feel doable, not daunting. Perfect for first-time families and anyone who wants to start off steady instead of scrambling.

Our infant care class is a crash course in newborn realities: diapering, bathing, feeding cues, sleep basics, soothing, babywearing, and what postpartum recovery truly feels like.
